During a GongPlay® Soundbath, a combination of 8 gongs and 16 crystal singing bowls will be played in a therapeutic manner. The combination of playing techniques and quality of instruments supports a feeling of deep relaxation of mind and body and ignites inner awareness. Each sound bath experience is unique, and greater results are found when one attends regularly (1-2 times per month is a good place to start).

Each attendee gets to use premium crystal rods during the sound bath to amplify the experience. We provide everything you need to be comfortable – yoga mat, bolster, pillow, and eye mask.
