Private Sound Bowl and Gong Workshops

Play sound bowls (crystal singing bowls) or a gong with your friends! These two-hour, interactive workshops are a fun way to learn more about bowls and gongs and how to play them. This is great for birthdays, bridal showers, corporate team building, or for any celebration. You can choose to book just bowls, just gongs, or a combination of both.

Singing Bowl Workshop includes:
  • How to choose the best bowl(s) to start with.
  • All about crystal singing bowls.
  • The origin and history of crystal bowls.
  • Effective techniques for playing crystal bowls.
  • The differences between types of crystal singing bowls (gemstone, frosted, and clear).
  • What differentiates quality in crystal singing bowls.
  • Which mallets are best to use.

Participants will be guided through effective playing methods for crystal bowls, which can be used for meditation, personal enjoyment, or other self-wellness practices.

Gong Workshop Includes:
  • Hands-on play time with gongs.
  • How to choose the best gong for you.
  • All about gongs and the different types.
  • Effective techniques for playing a gong for personal wellness.
  • What differentiates quality level in gongs.
  • About mallets and which are best to get started with.

Participants will be guided through effective playing methods for a gong, which can be used for meditation, personal enjoyment, or other self-wellness practices. 

Combo Workshop Includes:
  • All of what is in both the Bowl and Gong Workshops plus a therapeutic-style sound bath.
Price

Singing Bowl Workshop (2 Hours): $259 per person

Gong Workshop (2 Hours): $259 per person

Combo Workshop (4.5 Hours): $500 per person

Booking Terms
  • Each private workshop requires a minimum of four people and we can accommodate up to ten people.
  • Private workshops are invoiced as a whole. We do not accept separate payments.
  • Workshops are available at our Los Angeles or Joshua Tree area location.
  • A non-refundable booking fee of 50% minimum secures the booking. The remaining balance, which includes the balance for the full number of people attending,  is due 7 days before the workshop.
  • One reschedule is allowed, providing at least 7 days’ notice is given.
  • Reschedule requests 2- 7 days from booking may be honored with a $250 rescheduling fee.
  • No changes are accommodated less than 48 hours from booking.
  • All payments are final and we do not offer refunds. If you are traveling in we suggest purchasing travel insurance in case of an emergency.

 

Important! These workshops are about learning to play a singing bowl or gong for personal use and does NOT cover professional practice information, such as playing sound baths. Questions related to playing sound baths or singing bowls professionally are beyond the scope of this workshop and will not be answered.
