GongPlay® Sound Bath is a one-of-a-kind therapeutic-style sound bath that we’ve perfected over the past 20 years. Our proprietary playing method combines a variety of carefully selected gongs and crystal singing bowls to create a powerful and immersive sound bath experience. These unique methods guide listeners effortlessly from an active state into a deep, transformative inner journey. Exclusive to us, GongPlay® Soundbath offers participants the opportunity to shift into a new state of being, with most reporting feeling lighter, more expanded, and having a clear mind after the experience.

DrumFlow® Soundbath
DrumFlow® Soundbath is a new, participation-style sound bath in which everyone participates through drumming. Participants are guided through a systematically designed rhythmic flow that is fun, builds focus, moves energy, and clears the mind.
Attendees either sit in a chair or stand during this event. Drums are provided – please leave your instruments at home unless it has been approved for this event. No experience is necessary.

Breathwork SoundLab™

Offered only at our studios, Breathwork SoundLab™ delivers a transformative journey unlike any other.

DrumBath® Empowerment Ceremony
DrumBath® ceremony is a drumming, breathwork, and sound bath experience where attendees play and receive. Participants report feeling invigorated, clear, and integrated in body, mind, and emotions after this experience. This event is held around the equinox and solstices.
