For sound bath bookings at our location in Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree:

Payment Policy:

• All payments are non-refundable. The discounted per person rate is only available at the time of booking. 
• Payment for unpaid participants is made the day of the event, before the session begins by exact cash or credit card in one payment. 
• If the number of participants decreases after advance payment, no refunds or credits will be issued for the difference.
• We advise purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy in case an emergency arises and you cannot make your booking. 
• We are not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, a credit (not a refund) for a future session will be offered, valid for 6 months. 

Rescheduling Policy:

• One free reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice. The rescheduled session must occur within 30 days of the original booking date.
• Reschedule requests made 48 hours to 6 days prior incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
• Reschedule requests made 24–48 hours prior incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
• Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be honored, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellations and No-Shows:

• No refunds or credits are offered for cancellations or no-shows.
• Clients may transfer their session to another individual or group with prior notification. Please provide us with the new participant details at least 24 hours in advance.

Studio Policies:

• Only water in closed, leak proof containers are allowed in the venue. 
• Party favors and food are not allowed.
• The venue is shoes off, socks on.  No exceptions. Please bring socks, we will have extras if needed.
• Phones must be turned all the way off (not silent or airplane) and stored in the cubbies during the session.
• Video and audio recordings are not allowed. 
• Please inquire before taking photos. 

Physical Considerations:

• If anyone in the group is unable to get down and up from the floor without assistance, or cannot lie on the floor for the entire event, please email us prior to making payment so we can discuss the available options. 

Arrival & What to Bring:

• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session without a refund.
• A mat and eye mask is provided for each person. 
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring a personal-sized blanket, pillow, or bolster if desired.

Liability Waiver:

• All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to entering the venue.
