A private sound bath at The Gong Room gives you the full experience on your own schedule, shared only with the people you choose to bring. Whether you’re booking a private sound bath in Joshua Tree for yourself, a partner, or a small group of friends or family, the space is entirely yours.

Our signature private event is GongFusion™ Soundbath uses up to 12 gongs, crystal singing bowls, and a custom ambient track with beat frequencies. The combination creates a layered, immersive sound environment that helps you release tension, quiet the mind, and settle into something deeper.

Booking Options

Private GongFusion™ Soundbath

The Private GongFusion™ Soundbath is our most popular private offering. You get the full signature experience, including up to 12 gongs along with crystal singing bowls and other instruments blended with a custom ambient track, in a space reserved entirely for your group.

Pricing

Standard Rate (Non-Holiday) Base price is $200 for one person. Each additional guest added at the time of booking is $65. Guests added after booking or on the day of the session are $85. Pricing applies to up to 7 participants. Any guests beyond 7 attend at no additional charge.

Holiday Rate Holiday sessions are $500 for up to 4 people. Each additional guest is $50 when added at the time of booking, or $85 for guests added day-of. Sessions accommodate up to 10 participants total.

Session Details

Sessions run 60 to 75 minutes and accommodate 1 to 10 participants. 

Setup

For one or two guests, we use a massage table setup with a blanket, pillow, bolster, and eye mask provided. For groups of three to ten, we move to a floor setup with a mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, and eye mask for each person.

Private Sound Baths at Your Location

Hosting a retreat or gathering? Prefer to stay where you’re staying? We bring the experience to you. The Gong Room travels to homes, Airbnbs, retreats, and private gatherings throughout the Joshua Tree and Palm Springs area, offering private sound baths in Yucca Valley and beyond, setting up a full sound bath wherever you are. Rates start at $300 for a basic experience, and $450 for our premium multi-gong sound bath.

Premium Mobile Gong Sound Baths | Starting at $450

Our signature mobile experience features 2 to 3 large gongs and 5 to 8 crystal singing bowls, delivering a fuller, more immersive gong sound bath than most people expect outside of a dedicated studio. It’s well suited for larger groups, retreats, celebrations, and special events.

Sessions can be set up indoors or outdoors depending on your space and the atmosphere you want. Final pricing is based on the date, time, duration, and location of your event.

Optional Add-Ons

We also offer a few additions if you want to shape the experience further: breathwork, crystals to hold, guided meditation, and bowl playing lessons. Please inquire for add-on pricing.
