The Gong Room – Plan Your Visit

The Gong Room is a 600 square foot venue created for holding public and private sound bath events, workshops, and trainings. Each sound bath event has a maximum capacity of 10 participants.

Parking is free in our parking lot.

 

Atmosphere & Environment

The venue is small and cozy with a plush shag carpet and dim lighting for sound bath events. Every guest is supplied with a mat, massage bolster, pillow, light blanket, and disposable eye mask for use during sound bath events. Bottled water is available for free.

The temperature is kept around 72-74 degrees.

 

Is the venue free from outside noise?

No. The Gong Room is located in a commercial building near the highway, with other businesses nearby. Outside noise is generally minimal, but participants may occasionally hear sounds from highway traffic or neighboring businesses.

 

Venue Rules

  • Only clean socks allowed on the carpet. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the sound bath area.
  • No photos, videos, or audio recordings allowed inside the studio.
  • No outside food or drinks permitted; we have free water.
  • Cell phones must be completely off and stored in the cubbies.
  • Do not touch the instruments or crystals on display.
  • Do not wear strong scents, including oils or perfume.
  • Anyone who disrupts the event or shows signs of intoxication may be asked to leave without a refund.

 

Event Preparation

Everything you need for your sound bath experience is provided. Just show up comfortable and ready to relax.

 

What We Provide

Each guest receives one of each of the following to use during the sound bath:

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket
  • Bolster for under the knees
  • Pillow for under the head/neck
  • Eye mask (yours to keep after the event)
  • Bottled water

Each guest is provided one set of props. Please enjoy yours and leave the rest for others.

 

What to Bring

  • Clean socks. Socks are required in the sound bath area. Please wear or bring a clean pair.
  • Layers. Everyone responds to sound differently, and the same is true for temperature. Some people warm up during it, others get cold. We keep the studio around 72 degrees, but we recommend dressing in comfortable layers so you can adjust if needed.

 

Public Event Refund Policy

All tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a different date or time.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person who meets the age requirements for the event. To arrange a transfer, please contact us by replying to your event confirmation email. We ask that you notify us at least a couple of hours before the event start time when possible.

Purchase Protection

Purchase Protection is the only option for a possible refund in the case of an emergency. It is offered through a third-party provider and must be added at the time of ticket purchase. It is not available after purchase. See our Purchase Protection article for full details. View here.

We understand that emergencies happen and that life is unpredictable. This is why we offer Purchase Protection. If you did not add it at the time of purchase, or if your situation falls outside of what it covers, we are unable to make exceptions or issue refunds regardless of the circumstance.
