- Class size is limited to only 10 participants per event.
- Advanced online registration is required. All attendees must have a ticket with QR code to come in.
- All events start on time. Arrival time is 15 minutes before event start time and late arrivals will not be allowed in.
- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. No exceptions.
- Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. You may not transfer to another date or time, but you can give your ticket, or tickets to someone else.
- Event schedule is posted about one month in advance.

- We provide a mat, pillow, bolster, and disposable eye mask for each person.
- Dress in layers in case you get hot/cold.
- We do not provide blankets – you may bring a small one if needed (throw or personal size only please)
- Have a gift card? Contact us to redeem it. Include your name, email, gift card number and gift amount. Please note that we must receive your request and issue your registration code at least 24 hours before the event you want to attend. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at the door.
